On November 24th the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted TELUS a temporary injuction against Rogers regarding their "Most Reliable Network" claims. TELUS and Bell launched their new HSPA network on November 4th that they claim negated Rogers claims of having both the fastest and most reliable network. When TELUS's request that Rogers drop the claims was rebuked TELUS took Rogers to competition court. In court Rogers acknoweldged that the new TELUS & Bell network removed the speed advantage that Rogers had held for so many years and agreed to take down all claims.
As of November 30th Rogers and all of it's affiliated have pulled all claims of having the Fastest & Most Reliable Network. Rogers has now switched to being "Canada's Reliable Wireless Network".
